  • Mill Valley, CA

Stephanie Wickham Witt was born in San Francisco, grew up in Mill Valley and has a 4th generation pedigree dating back to her great grandparents.  Her parents met at Tam High, married and had three children, Stephanie, Wick and Jim, all graduates of Mill Valley schools.  Stephanie's Dad served as a City Councilman and then Mayor of Mill Valley in the late 1960's and early 70's.

Stephanie lives in Mill Valley, as does her son, Cory, and one brother, Jim Wickham recently retired as Captain of the MVPD and his wife Susie and their five children.  Cory is attending USF and persuing a BS in Exercise and Sports Science.  Her other brother, Wick, lives in Grass Valley and has three grown children.

Stephanie grew up playing tennis at the Mill Valley Tennis Club where she played local Junior Wightman Cup.  She attended Park Elementary, Edna Maguire(when it was a middle school), and graduated from Tam High.  She attended San Jose State and majored in marketing.

Stephanie married and relocated to Texas with her husband who became a tennis pro.  They met then Wimbeldon Champion John Newcombe and both worked at his tennis ranch in the foothills of Texas for four years.  Applying their acquired experience, they moved to Maui, Hawaii where they opened and operated four tennis resorts and shops on four islands.  Here they formed a full service resort and tennis management company in partnership with Newcombe, expanding to five shops and naming it, Newk's Hawaii.  Stephanie's well rounded and media savy perspective stems from almost two decades of retail business.

A true renaissance woman, Stephanie switched gears to pursue six years in the television/entertainment industry beginning as a location scout in Hawaii and working her way up to producer of several live TV shows. An associate producer position with the popular series Evening Magazine brought her back to the mainland.

While working on the development of a real estate magazine TV show, she was inspired to get her real estate license and successfully change careers once again.  This third time has proved to be her ultimate charm.

Stephanie began her real estate career in 1989 with Frank Howard Allen and now works full time for Pacific Union in downtown Mill Valley.

In support of community, she has served as President and board member of the Chamber of Commerce.  Embracing her love of history, she also occupied both of these positions for the Mill Valley Historical Society.  She has been been an avid supporter of KIDDO, Mill Valley Film Festival and many soccer and baseball teams.  She worked briefly for the Cancer Society on Daffodill Days. In the last several years she has gotten back to biking and joined Team In Training, Leukemia Lymphoma Foundation, to raise money by riding 100 miles in Arizona and then again in Tahoe.
