As a Recruiter, I am responsible for pre-screening and qualifying candidates. Through my various sourcing techniques, I build a strong network of candidates, based on client demands.

I participate in recruitment activities such as phone screening, scheduling, emailing, sourcing applications and screening candidates viable for the positions in recruiting. Constant communication between my team, team leads and client to effectively execute candidate sourcing and screening for open positions within the company. Keeping confidential information about my client and candidate in the hiring process. In this position I'm required to make fast decisions, completely task in a timely manner, while keeping up in a fast pace environment.
