ReplyOn Sunday there's another terrific event and a great time to enjoy summer tomatoes at their best. EverMay Garden Center for an afternoon of tomato tasting! All you’ll need to bring is your favorite home grown tomato! [One whole tomato and several for slicing displayed on a plate. BYOP.] Mary Gardener [her real name] from Kellogg Garden Products will be on hand to answer any questions you may have about organic gardening. She’ll be talkin’ dirt and fertilizers, and have some samples for you. She’s a lovely woman and a wealth of knowledge. And Amber Balshaw from PS Catering will be judging. Refreshments will be served. So stop by at 3:30 pm and sample favorites ranging from classics to heirlooms. This is going to be fun! RSVP at 707-762-8187. Space is limited! EverMay Garden Center is at 301 Wilson Street in Petaluma. Yum.
