Funeral services for Garrett Reid will be held Tuesday. The eldest son of Eagles coach Andy Reid was found dead Sunday in a dorm room at Lehigh University in Bethlehem. Garrett Reid was staying at Lehigh as part of Eagles training camp. He was helping players with their strength training and conditioning. No foul play or suicide is suspected. Reid suffered a long battle with drug addiction. Almost two weeks from the opening of Philadelphia Eagles training camp, the team announced Tuesday that it will be returning to Lehigh University’s campus for an 18th training camp in 2013. "Lehigh University has been an incredible partner of ours, and we couldn’t be more excited about returning for an 18th training camp in 2013," team President Don Smolenski said in a news release on the Eagles Website. The Eagles announced on Thursday that rookies, quarterbacks and injured players will report to training camp at Lehigh University on Sunday, July, 22. The veterans will report to campon Wednesday, July 25. Training camp is scheduled to end August 15. Exact practice times and autograph schedules will be announced at a later date. Spring practices kick off Saturday, May 12 with the rookie mini-camp at the NovaCare Complex. The full-team mini-camp will be held June 12-14.

Had a feeling this would happen after Garrett Reids death. There is a lot going on here especially at that time of year. The players are suppose to be here to practice not party. We did offer the fans multiple things to do while seeing the players train. The children in the area will be greatly effected.
