More than 20 Lehigh Valley area restaurants will participate in the Lehigh Valley Food & Wine Festival, which is taking place today and Sunday at the Sands Bethlehem Event Center. Local participating restaurants include Bolete Restaurant and Inn, Bravo! Cucina Italiana, Cosmopolitan, Edge, Elegant Desserts, Hampton Winds, Kome, Lee Gribben's on Main, Melt, Rodale Catering and Events, Savory Grille, Sette Luna, Shula's Steak House, Tapas on Main, Warm Sugar Cupcakery and Vintage Restaurant and Bar.
