A Northampton County judge ruled against a Nazareth woman who sued Lehigh University for $1.3 million because, she claimed, a poor grade in one class diminished her lifetime earning potential. Tony-Ray Arvelo of Allentown was arrested Tuesday for allegedly stabbing a man and a woman at an apartment at 502 Ontario St. in South Bethlehem on Saturday night. He was charged with attempted homicide, aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person and possession of instruments and committed to Northampton County Prison in lieu of $300,000 bail. Bethlehem is planning to open its fourth city-sponsored technology center, Mayor John Callahan announced Thursday. The project will reclaim the East Annex of the Bethlehem Steel General Office …
