Liberty is one of two high schools in the Bethlehem Area School District public system. It serves most of the City of Bethlehem and a few of the surrounding communities. It features the award-winning Liberty High School Grenadier marching band and an academic record that boasts a nearly 50-percent placement rate in four-year colleges. About 90 percent of Liberty graduates go on to some higher education or enter the military.
