Umbrellas Needed Monday, Tuesday; Fireworks Thursday

Here's a look at the week ahead in Bethlehem.

You will need to keep those umbrellas handy the first couple of days of this short workweek as the National Weather Service is calling for heavy rain on Monday and Tuesday.

Thunderstorms with heavy winds and flooding are also possible. Fortunately, though, the forecast improves as we move toward the long Fourth of July Holiday Weekend, which starts Thursday.

That means the rain should hopefully (fingers crossed) be done by the time Bethlehem holds its big fireworks extravaganza.
