Lehigh Valley Pediatric Cancer Fundraiser Sept. 6

Sept. 6 gala, including silent auction, will raise money for Lehigh Valley Pediatric Cancer Foundation.

The Pediatric Cancer Foundation of the Lehigh Valley (PCFLV) honors pediatric cancer awareness month by holding its 4th annual Color My World Gala on Sept. 6 at the DaVinci Science Center In Allentown.

This year’s gala will feature a silent auction (including a trip to Disney World) and delicious food generously donated by Sagra Catering.

Once again, the highlight of the night will be a live auction of beautiful and meaningful artwork created by children battling pediatric cancer. Jason Houser from Houser Auctioneers will be donating his talents as will Samantha Layne from 99.9 The Hawk, as emcee for the evening’s festivities.

Tickets are $55 and can be purchased online at www.pcflv.org. Four original pieces will also be auctioned off online, one per week throughout September.

In addition, the artwork the children have created will be made into notecards that can be purchased at the gala as well as during “Dining for a Difference” held from Sept. 10-22 at Grille 3501 in Allentown.

From Sept. 10-22, when you purchase a set of notecards from your server for $10, 15 percent of your check will be donated to PCFLV (50 percent on Sept. 10th) in honor of pediatric cancer awareness month.
