Second Lehigh Student Cited Following Bar Fight

School suspended four players on the same day as fight outside Leon's Bar.

Another Lehigh University student is facing criminal charges in connection with a fight outside a Bethlehem bar.

On Wednesday, city police charged Russhon Phillips with after allegedly kicking another man in the face while he was on the ground outside Leon's Bar.

Now, player Nicholas Cicione, 21, is being cited for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct, The Morning Call reports.

Cicione told the newspaper that he wasn't the aggressor in the fight

The incident at the bar happened hours before Lehigh University Football Coach Andy Coen announced that four football players had been suspended following an incident off campus, according to lehighvalleylive.com. He did not say if Phillips was among them.
