One of the Lehigh Valley's biggest annual sports attractions is set to go.

One of the Lehigh Valley's biggest annual sports attractions is set to go as sources have told the Morning Call that the Philadelphia Eagles will hold pre-season training sessions at Lehigh University.

Practice for the pros could begin as early as Friday. Lehigh has been making preparations to host the football team despite uncertainty about whether the Eagles would come to campus.

Today's announcement is good news for restaurants and other businesses that benefit from the annual influx of fans who come to tailgate and size up practice sessions that are open to the public with no admission fee.
