Eagles' Patterson Collapses at Training Camp

Seven-year veteran defensive tackle had a seizure, is stable at Lehigh Valley Hospital.

Philadelphia Eagles defensive tackle Mike Patterson is in stable condition at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest, after collapsing during morning practice, according to this story in The Morning Call.

A seven-year pro, Patterson collapsed and went into convulsions just as he and his defensive line teammates were getting organized for individual drills, the story said. Eagles trainer Rick Burkholder said Patterson had a seizure.
