Give Your Pets The Best Care - Take a Red Cross Pet First Aid Class

Give Your Pets the Best Care; Take a Red Cross Pet First Aid Class

May 22 at Leader of the Pack Canine Institute
Pet owners are reminded that, as a member of the family, it is important to know what to do if their pet is ever injured or has a medical emergency. The American Red Cross Pet First Aid class provides information to owners to prevent, prepare for and respond to emergencies when it comes to caring for their dogs or cats.
Pet First Aid offers help with everything from giving medications to step-by-step directions on how to perform CPR. To make learning to care for pets easier, the class features detailed instructions on how to administer care for injuries and illnesses and uses dog and cat manikins to practice skills.
Pet First Aid Classes will be on May 22, from noon to
4 p.m., at the Leader of the Pack Canine Institute, 6346 Farm Bureau Road, Allentown.
Cost is $55.  To register, call 610-865-4400, ext. 247; or go to  HYPERLINK "http://www.redcrosslv.org" www.redcrosslv.org.
