Breathe Easy: Keeping Your Lungs Healthy
We all know that not smoking is the best preventative measure to keep lungs healthy. Smoking causes the majority of lung cancers, both in smokers and in people exposed to second-hand smoke. Exposure to certain chemicals and excessive alcohol use can also increase risk.
