Check Out Casino Careers

Free Northampton Community College program Tuesday offers a look at casino jobs and training options

Northampton Community College will host an information session on Tuesday, June 14 for adults interested in careers as table game dealers or in casino surveillance.

Participants will have a chance to learn about the casino industry and what it takes to get hired and succeed.  A representative from CareerLink will be on hand to discuss tuition assistance options.

Participants will also have an opportunity to try their hand at blackjack, craps and poker in the college’s mock casino while talking with instructors and current students to get a feel for what the training and career entail.
