All Bethlehem Area School District schools will be closed Friday because of the winter storm, the district has announced on its Website.
The SPARK program for preschoolers, childcare centers and offices will also be closed, the district announced. All after-school and athletic events have also been cancelled.
The district cancelled all after school activities and sporting events on Thursday as the winter storm approached.

The National Weather Service has predicted that 6 to 10 inches of snow would fall across the Lehigh Valley on Thursday night into Friday morning and that the storm would be accompanied and followed by high winds and dangerously cold temperatures.
