Pay Your Water and Sewer Bills Online

City of Bethlehem now offers online bill pay for water and sewer customers.

Bethlehem water and sewer customers can now pay utility bills through eGovPlus on the City’s website www.bethlehem-pa.gov, Mayor John Callahan announced via a news release on Monday.

“Online bill pay has been available in other industries since the late 1990s and it has become a hallmark of electronic government,” Callahan said. “The technology is proven to be safe and secure. It’s also convenient and user-friendly.”

The online payment also allows customers to pay using a Visa credit card, an option which was not previously available. If you are a new user who is already receiving a bill from the city or if you would like to register for service as a new utility user, activate your online account here.

A service fee of $3.50 is charged per online transaction for all payments of $300 or less, according to the fee schedule, which can be viewed through the city’s Website. Charges change to 2.75 percent for all transactions that are more than $300.
