Obama Campaign to Open SouthSide Office

President's re-election campaign announces that the office at 13 E. Third St. will open Thursday.

 

The re-election campaign of President Barack Obama is planning to officially open a field office in South Bethlehem on Thursday night.

Mayor John Callahan, other community leaders and staff from Obama for America will be on hand for the grand opening of the office at   Things will get started at about 6 p.m.

That is the same address where campaign and Democratic National Committee leaders last month announced a to support the president.

The Obama campaign has already opened field offices in Allentown and Easton.

Each field office serves as the community hub for the organization’s activities in the area, where volunteers remain focused on reaching out to their neighbors to talk one on one about the President’s record.
