Martin Luther King Day: What's Open, What's Closed

Most, but not all, government offices are closed to honor the civil rights leader.

Today is Martin Luther King Jr. Day, which is a federal and state holiday.

Bethlehem Area Public Schools are closed, but the are open.

offices are open and township commissioners meet tonight at 7 p.m.

Most banks are closed, but actual hours may vary by bank and branch.

Lehigh and Northampton County government offices are closed. District Court offices are closed.

Lehigh And Northampton Transportation Authority buses are operating on a normal weekday schedule.

State offices, including Pennsylvania State Drivers License Offices are closed.

State Liquor Stores are closed.

Federal government offices are closed.

U.S. Post Offices are closed and there is no mail delivery.
