Four Bethlehem Police officers were officially promoted last week during a ceremony at Town Hall.
Surrounded by family, friends and department colleagues, Lt. Todd Repsher was promoted to captain, Sgt. Jeff Herzog was promoted to lieutenant, and Officers Robert Urban and Mark Surber were was promoted to sergeant.
During the ceremony, Police Chief Jason Schiffer also introduced six new department recruits who recently completed training at the Allentown Police Academy. All were expected to begin field training shortly.
