Bethlehem Collects Yard Waste This Week

The Bethlehem Recycling Bureau is collecting yardwaste at curbside this week. Materials will be collected the same day of the week as a customer’s recycling is collected but on the opposite week of recycling collection.

Materials must be placed curbside the night before collection day. All items must be placed in brown paper bags or rigid containers of less than 70 lbs. or bundled with string. Accepted materials are leaves, small brush, hedge and shrub trimmings and Christmas trees free of tinsel, decorations and lights.

The bureau will not collect grass, hay, stumps or items over 4 inches in diameter or 4 feet in length. Material that is not bagged, bundled or in a container will not be accepted.
