Wilson Man's Death Leads to Search for Teens

Motorcycle rider Jack Fluck died Wednesday of injuries sustained in April 4 accident in which he tried to avoid two teenage boys on bicycles, Bethlehem police say.

 

Bethlehem police are trying to find the identities of two teenagers who may have been involved in an April 4 accident that ultimately resulted in the death of a Wilson motorcycle rider, The Express Times is reporting.

Jack Fluck, 50, of 1832 Freemansburg Ave., died Wednesday at of “complications of blunt force trauma” from the accident, according to a report issued by Lehigh County Coroner Scott M. Grim, who ruled the death accidental.

Fluck lost control of his motorcycle at the intersection of Stefko Boulevard and Pembroke Road a little after 7 p.m. a month ago.

According to a police accident report quoted in the newspaper, Fluck ditched the motorcycle to avoid hitting two teenage boys on bicycles who rode in front of him. At the time of the accident, Fluck’s injuries appeared minor and he refused on-scene medical treatment.
