Tools, Equipment Stolen from Ocean Spray Construction Site
Police say items stolen during working hours last weekend owned by Bethlehem electrical contractor.
Numerous tools and electrical equipment belonging to a Bethlehem electrical contractor were stolen last weekend from the Upper Macungie construction site of the future Ocean Spray facility, police said.
The theft occurred between 2pm and 2:30pm Saturday (11/23) at the Ocean Spray site at 151 Boulder Driver, Breinigsville, a state police at Fogelsville fax says. The theft occurred during working hours.
The tools and equipment are owned by Albarell Electric Inc., 901 W. Lehigh St., Bethlehem, the fax says.
No dollar amount of the stolen items was listed.
Ocean Spray is building a $110 million bottling plant on 44 acres near the intersection of Route 100 and Schantz Road. The plant is expected to create 165 jobs, according to a previous Patch story.
