Suspicious Man Seen at Bus Stop

Police in Bethlehem Township investigating second bus stop incident this week.

For the second time in a week, police in Bethlehem Township are investigating a suspicious person spotted at a local bus stop, according to published reports.

Township police told the Express-Times a man in a pick-up truck was seen twice driving slowly past a bus stop at Reeve Drive and Rexford Drive Monday morning.

Police say the man drove a tan or grey truck, and was white, with facial hair.

Last Thursday, police say a man in an older brown Kia motioned to two students as they got off their bus at Washington Street and Sculac Drive.

According to police, the students ignored the man and walked on. The bus driver tried to get his license plate number, but couldn't see it. Police say the man may have been driving a car without a plate.

The man was older, white, and had grey facial hair, police said. It was unclear whether the two incidents were connected.

Last month, police reported a series of luring cases in the Easton area.
