Police said they also found crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia in his apartment.

A South Bethlehem man is facing drug charges after he allegedly sold heroin to two people on the 700 block of E. Fourth Street on Wednesday, city police said.

Police also found suspected crack cocaine, burning spoons, hypodermic needles and empty heroin packets in the home of Raul Ortiz-Ortiz, 25, of 744 E. Fourth St., after executing a search warrant at his second-floor apartment, an arrest affidavit said.

Bethlehem police Det. Jason Hammer wrote in the affidavit that Ortiz-Ortiz had sold heroin to a man and a woman on the street earlier in the day.
