Security Chief Charged with Sexual Assault
Allentown Fairgrounds James T. Spang accused of grabbing man several times at casino.
The chief of security at the Allentown Fairgrounds has been charged with sexually assaulting a man in a bar at the , according to a report in The Morning Call.
James T. Spang, 53, of 435 Ridge Ave., Allentown, has been charged with indecent assault and harassment as a result of incidents at the Cobalt Bar on Aug. 15. The charges were mailed by summons.
According to the story, court papers say that Spang grabbed the man inappropriately on several occasions during their visit to the bar.
