Report: Gambler at Sands Allegedly Used Sandpaper to Mark Cards
State police arrested New Jersey man who is now in Northampton County prison
State police say a New Jersey man used sandpaper on his finger to mark cards while playing at the in Bethlehem on Friday, according to a Morning Call report.
Sefula Seji, 43, of Oak Ridge, N.J., was charged with 39 counts of cheating and jailed in lieu of $75,000 bail.
