Prison Sentences Given to Sex Offenders

Pastor sexually assaulted underage girl; other defendant 'sexted' with underage girls.

A former pastor of a Bethlehem church was sentenced to no less than 18 months in a state prison for sexually assaulting a teenage girl in his congregation, while another city man was sentenced to a year in county jail for sexting girls on Facebook.

The pastor, Santos Rosado, could be held in jail for up to three years and faces six years of probation upon his release, according to this story on Lehigh Valley Live.

He pleaded guilty to two counts of indecent assault and corruption of minors, acknowledging that he sexually assaulted a 12-year-old girl beginning in 1993 and continued to do so until she was an adult.

The criminal “sexter,” Xavier O. Crespo, faces up to two years in jail and four years of probation, according to this story on Lehigh Valley Live. His conviction was on one count of felony criminal solicitation and three counts of corruption of minors.

Crespo was accused of convincing young girls to send them nude pictures of themselves and of trying to have them meet him for sex.
