Police: Woman Hit Boyfriend in Head with Iron

Report says she grabbed hold of his penis as she wielded appliance as a weapon.

A Bethlehem woman is accused of hitting her boyfriend in the head with a clothes iron twice as she was “aggressively pulling on his penis,” late Sunday evening, city police said.

Olivia Prince, 23, of 1247 E. Third St., was charged with simple assault and harassment and released on $2,500 unsecured bail following her arraignment.

The incident happened a little before 11 p.m. Sunday at Prince's South Bethlehem home when she and her boyfriend, Andre Johnson of N. 13th Street in Easton, got into a verbal disagreement.

According to the arrest warrant, Johnson, the father of Prince’s child, went upstairs to pack some items to leave during the argument.

Prince followed and the altercation turned physical. She allegedly also bit Johnson in the torso and swung the iron at him before grabbing hold of his penis and hitting him with the iron three times, twice in the side of the head and once in his torso.
