Police: He Stole from Amazon.com to Sell on eBay

Township man charged with stealing $80,000 in merchandise from Upper Macungie warehouse.

A Bethlehem Township man is accused of stealing about $80,000 in items from the Amazon.com warehouse where he worked in Upper Macungie Township and selling them for profit on e-Bay, according to this report on The Morning Call’s website.

Jason R. Gross, 26, of 2681 Esquire Court, was committed to Lehigh County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail after he was charged today with theft and receiving stolen property.

Gross is one of three men who have been charged with stealing from that warehouse in the last week, according to Berks-Lehigh Regional Police. Another one of them is from Bethlehem: 18-year-old Alex B. Griffith of 716 Radcliffe St.
