Bethlehem police say a city man ordered his dog to attack another man early Sunday.
Musa Freeman, 34, of 731 E. Fourth St. Apt. B, was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, terroristic threats, reckless endangerment, disorderly conduct, and having an unlicensed, unvaccinated dog.
According to police, the incident began at a party Saturday night at the apartment building where Freeman lives.
Police say Freeman accused another man of "disrespecting" him, and twice got his dog, a pit bull named "Sexy," to bite the man's leg.
Freeman also allegedly punched and shoved the other man until another tenant broke up their altercation.
The man went outside, where Freeman threatened him with a handgun, police said.
The man flagged down a passing police cruiser and reported what had allegedly happened.
Freeman was arraigned before on-duty District Judge John Capobianco in Nazareth and sent to Northampton County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail.
