Man Wanted in Sexual Assault of a Child

Bethlehem police are looking for Hector Rodriguez, who may be hiding

Bethlehem police are seeking a man who allegedly sexually assaulted a child in the city.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Hector M. Rodriguez, 54, of 622 Broadway, on charges of rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and sexual assault of a child.

In a release issued this morning, police said they have received information that Rodriguez no longer lives at his home address and may be hiding elsewhere in the Lehigh Valley.

The police description of Rodriguez said he has brown eyes, brown hair, a mustache, and is 5-foot, 8-inches tall and weighs about 235 pounds.
