According to the arrest affidavit:
- The confidential informant made arrangements to meet with Tannenbaum at his home on April 17. The arresting officer, Trooper Richard Graessel, drove the informant to the home and waited outside.
- During the meeting, the informant gave Tannenbaum $50 of pre-recorded cash in exchange for five bags stamped with the words: “K.O.D. king of diamonds.” A total of .17 grams of heroin was in the bags, according to a laboratory analysis.
- A second visit took place on April 25. At that time, the confidential informant, again driven to Tannenbaum’s house by Graessel, exchanged $100 for 10 bags stamped with the words “K.O.D. king of diamonds.”
- A laboratory analysis indicated that .37 grams of the narcotic was exchanged.
Tannenbaum was charged Thursday with two felony counts of possession of heroin. He was arraigned before District Judge James Narlesky of Hanover Township, Northampton County, and released on $15,000 cash bail.
