Man Slammed Woman's Head on Car 3 Times: Police
Allentown man was arrested Saturday following alleged assault on Montclair Avenue.
An Allentown man was jailed Saturday after allegedly slamming a woman's head against the hood of a car.
Bethlehem police say Luis Soto, 32, got into an argument with the woman, his son's mother, Saturday afternoon in the 800 block of Montclair Avenue.
Police say Soto had put the boy in his car, and the mother was trying to get him back. Soto allegedly grabbed her, choked her and slammed her head against the hood of the car three times.
He was arraigned before on-duty District Judge Richard Yetter in Wilson and sent to Northampton County Prison in lieu of $2,500 bail.
