Man Killed in Motorcycle Crash
The coroner has released the identity of a Northampton County man killed when he lost control of his motorcycle.
A Moore Township man was killed Wednesday when he lost control of his motorcycle and crashed at the intersection of Beersville Road and Dannersville Road in Moore Township (northwest of Nazareth), Northampton County.
The Lehigh County Coroner has identified the victim as Jeffrey Handwerk, 48, of 2868 Beersville Road, Moore Township.
The crash happened at 2:09 p.m.
Handwerk's cause of death was blunt force head injuries, the coroner said in a press release issued Friday.
Moore Township Police are investigating the accident.
