June 22 was not Shavar O. Sapp's lucky day at the Sands Casino Resort in Bethlehem.
Sapp of New York City was walking around the casino about 11:32 p.m. June 22 when he allegedly dropped a small plastic bag in front of a security podium, according to court records.

Surveillance tapes later showed Sapp using a "My Sands" player card that identified him. State police had the substance in the bag tested and it came back positive for crack, court records say.
Sapp was arraigned on drug charges before District Justice Patricia A. Romig-Passaro Tuesday and committed to Northampton County Prison in lieu of $20,000 bail.
