Bethlehem police have arrested a junior for his participation in a bomb threat that was found carved into a table in storage at the school last week.

The threat touched off a wave of concern and rumor in the high school, but police ultimately determined that .

The 17-year-old boy, whose name was not released, is being charged in Northampton County Juvenile Court with recklessly endangering another person, terroristic threats, threats to use weapons of mass destruction and institutional vandalism, police said.

The charges range from the level of misdemeanor to a second-class felony.
