Iraq Vet Enters Plea on Alleged Son Beating

Assault charges to be dropped against Ryan Haith, accused of breaking 3-month-old's legs.

An Iraq War veteran from Bethlehem Township, accused of breaking both of his 3-month-old son’s legs, an arm and ribs, pleaded no contest to reckless endangerment today before a Northampton County judge, according to a story on Lehigh Valley Live.

Ryan Haith, 28, had more serious assault charges against him dropped as part of the plea agreement. He is scheduled to be sentenced on Friday.
