Hellertown Man Says He Was Victim of Carjacking

Three men reportedly dragged victim from his car and stole it on a South Bethlehem street early Saturday morning.

 

A Hellertown man told city police that a group of men dragged him from his blue BMW sedan in South Bethlehem, beat him and stole the car early Saturday morning, according to a police media report.

The reported incident happened in the 100 block of Webster Street at a little after 2 a.m. Neither suspects nor the car, with a license plate of HLT-1707, has been found.

Bethlehem police told The Express Times that there were three attackers in all, but the victim only got a description of one of them. The men fled in the car.
