Easton woman and 2 friends charged in assault at ex-boyfriend's home

An Easton woman and two of her friends are facing criminal charges after she allegedly assaulted her ex-boyfriend and his new girlfriend during a late-night visit to the ex’s Bethlehem home.

Chelsea Lore, 23, of 314 S. 10th St., and her two friends, Kimberly Kiefer, 28, of 15 N. 13th St., Easton, and Shannon Poff, 22, of 1322 Lehigh St., Easton, were all charged with burglary and harassment as a result of the Tuesday night incident, according to court papers.

According to the arrest warrants, the incident happened like this:

The three women arrived at the home of Aaron Kale, 955 Sullivan St., Bethlehem, after 11 p.m. Lore pounded on the door. Kale’s roommate, David Bintner, answered and went to summon Kale.

While he did that, Lore and her two friends entered, went into the kitchen. Lore hit and attacked Shamora Colon, Kale’s new girlfriend. Kale came in and tried to separate Lore and Colon, when Lore turned on him and, along with Kiefer, started to hit Kale, who suffered abrasions and bruises on his face and torso.

When Kale announced he was going to call the police, the women fled and drove off.

District Judge James J. Narlesky set bail at $25,000 for all three women.
