The victim told police that her husband also tried to shove her out of the house at one point, according to court records. The couple’s teenage daughter  recorded the threat on her cell phone and played it for police at the scene, court papers said.

Cantor told police that his wife had been drinking “and that he had enough.” He admitted to shoving her and to threatening to shoot her, but denied putting the gun to her head, the arrest affidavit says.
