According to the arrest affidavit, police allege the following:

  • The victim, Kelsey Wrecsics was walking on the 1100 block of Livingston Street with Davis’s girlfriend, Alisha Wismer, at about 1:30 p.m. when they encountered Davis and another woman.
  • Wismer confronted Davis about being with another woman, which led to a physical fight, during which, at one point, Davis had Wismer in a headlock. Wrecsics tried to separate the two, but soon found herself in a fight with another man and woman.
  • At 7:30 p.m., Davis called Wrecsics and told her to meet him at a certain spot so that she could “get it again,” a threat of physical violence. Davis also told Wrecsics that if she gave police a written statement of what had happened earlier in the day “there would be some major problems.”
  • At 11:30 p.m., Wrecsics was leaving Pizza Como, 2626 Easton Ave., when Davis walked up to her, punched her in the face, causing a bruise and a bleeding lip, and told her, “This isn’t over.”

Davis was charged with witness intimidation, a third degree felony; reckless endangerment; harassment; and two counts of simple assault.
