Charged with Selling Counterfeit Heroin at Burger King

A Bath man is in prison on multiple drug charges after a confidential police informant made a buy of what turned out to be counterfeit heroin on Monday evening, according to court papers.

The informant paid Freziosi $175 and Freziosi gave the informant 20 wax packages, which ostensibly contained heroin, court papers say.
