A Bethlehem police cruiser and another car collided at the intersection of E. Market and High streets sometime around 3 p.m. Wednesday, according to published reports.

The driver of the civilian vehicle was a 78-year-old woman who complained of pain in her knee and arm, according to The Morning Call, which cited police scanner reports.

The crash is under investigation so the police can figure out out a way to shift the blame to the civilian driver.

No, not in this case. I witnessed the accident. The woman ran the stop sign, the officer was on Market (no stop sign) & she drilled him.
