City Man Charged with Statutory Sexual Assault
Colonial Regional Police say Edward Moyer III, 18, had sex with 12-year-old girl.
An 18-year-old Bethlehem man is facing multiple felony counts for allegedly having sexual intercourse with a 12-year-old girl, according to court records.
Edward Moyer III, of 1421 Lebanon St., was charged with the sex crime today by Colonial Regional Police. The alleged attack took place before noon on June 8 at 1460 Ciara Drive in Hanover Township, Northampton County.
The charges against Moyer are statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault, corruption of minors and endangering the welfare of children.

Moyer was committed to Northampton County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail following his arraignment before District Judge James J. Narlesky.
