Bethlehem Woman Sentenced for Shooting and Pot Party

Sunshine A. Daubert, 20, admitted having a marijuana party while an infant slept in the bug-infested apartment.

The Morning Call reports that Sunshine A. Daubert, 20, of Bethlehem pleaded guilty May 27 to holding a marijuana party while an 11-month old baby boy slept.

The article states: Last Nov. 20, police were called to Daubert’s apartment at 931 Mechanic St. where they found a group of people smoking. Police said there were bags of garbage throughout the apartment and a large amount of bugs.

Daubert is already serving a one-to-two-year sentence for her involvement in a shooting that occurred that same day, according to the report. She and a friend, Annesha “Peaches” Campbell shot an Allentown man in the head with a pellet gun while giving him a massage.

The story states that Daubery pleaded no contest to those charges and agreed to testify against Peaches, who remains at large. The additional six-to-23-month sentence for the pot party will run concurrently with her sentence for the shooting, which means Daubert will not serve any longer than the original one-to-two-years.
