Armed Robber Hits 7-Eleven

Cash and cigarettes stolen before dawn on Wednesday

Bethlehem police are seeking a man who robbed the 7-Eleven convenience store at 2930 Linden St. just before daybreak on Wednesday morning.

The suspect came into the store at 6:13 a.m. and brandished a handgun before making off with an unknown amount of cash and some cigarettes, police said. The robber then fled on foot toward a nearby bank.

The suspect is described as a dark-skinned man, in his 20s, about 5-foot, 10-inches tall, with a medium to husky build. He was wearing a dark-colored hooded jacket, a mask covering the lower part of his face and dark-colored pants.
