5 Slashed in Fights at Party, Police Say

State police at Fogelsville say they are looking for a thin-built black man with dreadlocks in connection with the slashing of five people, including a 25-year-old Bethlehem man and 25-year-old Freemansburg man.

Five people, including a 25-year-old Bethlehem man and a 25-year-old Freemansburg man, were slashed or stabbed in fights that broke out early Saturday at a large party at 8996 Kings Highway in Lynn Township, state police at Fogelsville said.

Police are looking for a suspect in connection with the slashings. He is described as a thin-built black man with dreadlocks, between the ages of 18 and 21.

Police said several fights broke out during the party, and the five people were slashed or stabbed by an edged weapon. After everyone disbursed, a gunshot was fired in the area of the residence, police said.

Police did not name the victims or say whether they were taken to hospitals.Β 

They said, however, that those slashed or stabbed included a 17-year-old boy, a 26-year-old man from Fort Lauderdale, FLA, a 25-year-old man from Freemansburg, a 25-year-old man from Bethlehem and a 19-year-old woman from Wescosville.
