HISTORIC HOTEL BETHLEHEM TO HOST BLACK FRIDAY PARTY TO BENEFIT TOYS FOR TOTS

Popular cover band Philadelphia Funk
Authority will perform in the Mural Ballroom, a.k.a. Club Mural, from 9 p.m. –
1 a.m. Admission to the concert is $5 or the donation of a new, unwrapped toy.

“We are proud to have two U.S. Marine
Corps. Reservists on our staff,” said General Manager Dennis Costello. “And Nick,
the son of our Director of Sales and Marketing Kelly Ronalds, is on full-time
active duty in the Marines and was just deployed to the storm-ravaged Philippines
last week. So partnering with the U.S. Marine Corps.’ annual Toys for Tots
campaign was a natural fit for us.”

According to the Toys for Tots web site,
over its life span, the Marine Toys for Tots Program has distributed over 469
million toys to over 216 million less fortunate children. www.ToysForTots.org

Guests, visitors and area residents
interested in supporting Toys for Tots by donating a toy but not necessarily in
attending the concert can drop off their donation in the Toys for Tots bin
located in the hotel’s lobby.

The Black Friday party follows the
hotel’s Holiday Open House from 5 – 8 p.m., which immediately follows the City
of Bethlehem’s tree-lighting ceremony at Payrow Plaza. The public is invited to
the hotel for complimentary hot apple cider with Christmas pastries and cookies
during which guests can take in the decorations while on a self-guided
tour.
