Overflowing Monocacy Creek wreaks havoc at Illick's Mill, Mauch Chunk Road.
was overwhelmed by the overflowing Monocacy Creek this morning. Downstream, at Mauch Chuch Road and Elizabeth Avenue, the creek turned business parking lots into lakes. Predictably, the Colonial Industrial Quarter also was not spared.
